Ciao!

Hello all from Italy! The country is absolutely bellissimo! which means beautiful by the way. It has been a whirlwind of a trip so far. I can't believe it has already been two days! Today is Sunday and it's 7:15 p.m. here so that means its 12:15 there. That time change blows my mind! so today we had a little adventure and five girls and I took the train to Arrezzo. It's a larger city just ten minutes by train. So we planned to make it to the train station in plenty of time to purchase a ticket, but when we got there there was no attendant at the window so we had to use the machine to buy our tickets. But the whole machine was in Italian so it was a little hard to figure out. But we finally figured it out and got our tickets, when all of a sudden the conductors whistle blew. so we ran out onto the landing and the train was pulling up. Only it was pulling up on the second set of tracks and we had to go underground to cross over to the second set of tracks. Well, when we went underground we got cornfused and went up the wrong tunnel, so we ran back down and went up the right tunnel to the right set of tracks and all the doors were shut on the train. All the passengers were just looking at us funny and we were like should we open the door or not. Well one girl decided to anyways and we hopped on and as soon as we did it started moving. Well we all got on safe and our little trip to Arrezzo was uneventful after that. But it was fun and we got our litle first train trip under our belt and were quite proud of ourselves now too.
